According to the police report:
The Wichita Falls police stopped the vehicle for traffic violations while monitoring an apartment building on Professional Avenue on Thursday night.
While talking with front-seat passenger Jakoby Rodriguez, officials noticed the smell of marijuana from the vehicle. They asked if there were illegal items in the car, Rodriguez told them there were four "cars" in the car. "Trolley" refers to a small bucket of 1 gram (THC) of tetrahydrocannabinol. Tetrahydrocannabinol is an important component of cannabis, and it generates a large number of users.
During a search, the officer found two boxes labeled "Maui Wowie" in the glove box, and two boxes labeled "Do Si Dos" and "Apple Jacks" under the passenger seat.
All four boxes contain a vape pen holder, which contains a brown amber liquid, which is positive for THC.
Rodriguez told the police that THC belongs to him and is for his personal use only.
He was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substances.
