The Michigan Marijuana Regulatory Agency recalled vape cartridges because the drug failed to pass new state regulations for high levels of vitamin E acetate.

According to the status, all vape cartridges have failed the following test

Used for high levels of vitamin E acetate.

All cartridges will carry a label indicating the license number of the cannabis facility and the METRC number assigned to the product.

They are sold in stores in Jackson, Zhai Lake, Ferndale, Detroit and Vassar.

The recall affects the following cannabis products, which are sold from Fuel 420 – License PC-000077 – located at 1255 Falahee RD Jackson, MI 49203:
