Wichita Falls police stopped a car on Broad Street in violation of traffic laws on Friday night.
According to the police report:
When talking to passenger Anfernee Henderson, they will smell the smell of marijuana from the car. In the search for possible causes, the vehicle personnel asked the occupants whether they had guns. Henderson admitted that there was a gun on the center console.
Officers found marijuana and THC vape cartridges. THC is a substance in cannabis, which produces a large number of users.
After being informed of his rights, Henderson told the police that hemp, THC ammunition and guns were all his.
The police arrested Henderson and charged him with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and illegal possession of weapons. A criminal history check revealed that there were two arrest warrants for his arrest. He was taken to the Wichita County Jail, where his security deposit was set at $20,000 by the judge.
